App not starting what to do?

Ensure the location services are enabled and you have a data connection. Ensure you have granted all the permission requested by the app. Restart the app, it should now work.

How do Employers post jobs?

As per the requirement of the employer, they can go to the select “post a job” option from the menu and fill the short details required to post the job. Once the Job is posted all the employees matching the criteria will get an in-app push notification about the new job posted by the employer.

How do I get Job or Employment?

JOS App Provides a platform for jobs seekers. Once a subscriber registers as an employee, all employers matching a subscribed Employee will get an in-app push notification. The subscribed employee will see all the available jobs posted by employers matching his / her category on the map. The employee can directly communicate with the potential employer using the in-app communication for the Job posted without using air time.

How do I Signup?

Once you download the app from the Google play store by searching for “JOS” or from the iOS App store by searching “JOS.” , you will be directed to the landing screen. Click on your position which would be shown as a red pin (android) or blue pin in case of iOS on the map. You will be automatically redirected to the login page. Click on “Sign Up” and the signup page opens up, choose the correct option of either “employee / service provider” or “employer / service seeker” and fill in the necessary details.

How do Employees apply for Jobs?

Employee can find jobs and apply on a job via the Home Screen(on the map itself), Open Jobs list in (Search for jobs) and Search by company search tabs.The subscriber could then click to view the jobs details and directly apply for the job by simply clicking on the “apply” button.

How do I use JOS Calling?

JOS App Calling allows you to make an Audio Call or Video Call to both an Employee or Employer as per your list. JOS App Notification must be on to receive Audio and Video Calls. Audio and Video Calling is allowed only between subscribed User. JOS App also maintains Audio and Video Calling History in your account.
