These general conditions (hereinafter the “Terms”) are intended to govern the use of the Application and Site with regard to its use by a user ‘Employer or Employee’. General Conditions of Use and Sale and the Special Terms and Conditions apply to the users. The consultation of the site, the installation of the Application, the opening of a employer or employee profile or use of any of the services offered on the Website or the Application prevails to the user full acceptance unqualified defined below TOS. 2. Registrations and Access to Service
2.1 Registration required prior to accessing the Service Using the features of the Site and Application User is subject to acceptance of the Terms and providing a valid email address or a valid phone number. Registration can be done either on the website or by downloading the application. In the event of a registration via the Website, the user receives an email containing a link in which he is invited to click to confirm their registration to the Service and to activate their account. 4.2 License to use the content, data, information posted by candidatesTo enable the provision of the Service, the user grants Jobs on Sight International Pvt Ltd a nonexclusive content, information and data that integrates and / or puts online via the website or application. Users guarantee Jobs on Sight International Pvt Ltd that content, information and data in question comply with the laws and do not prejudice the interests and rights of others. Jobs on Sight International Pvt Ltd acquires no ownership of content, information and data provided by users.
