JOS COMMISSION WALLET TERMS AND CONDITIONS (TERMS)

These Terms become effective when you accept them and will continue for as long as you use the Jos Commission Wallet. You must know, understand and comply with these Terms, as they form a binding agreement between you and us. You cannot register for more than one active Jos Commission Wallet using your mobile number.Once you have registered, you can access your Jos Commission Wallet using the Jos App.

You can use the Jos Commission Wallet to:

• purchase services or goods
• cancel a payment to a Receiver
• view your transaction history

EARNING COMMISSIONS

When you have signed up as an Employee

• You refer an employee and Jos pays Rupees 10 in your wallet
• You refer an employer (6 or 12 months subscription) Jos pays you 5% in your Jos
• Commission Wallet When you refer more than 10 Jos pays you 7.5% in your Jos
• Commission Wallet From 16 referrals onwards you get 10% commission

When you have signed up as an Employer

• When you activate your account for 6 or 12 month, Jos will pay you 2 % kick back in your Jos Commission Wallet.
• Refer an Employee and you will get Rupees 10,- in your Jos Commission Wallet.
• You refer an employer (6 or 12 months subscription) Jos pays you 5% in your Jos
• Commission Wallet When you refer more than 10 Jos pays you 7.5% in your Jos
• Commission Wallet From 16 referrals onwards you get 10% commission.

USING THE JOS COMMISSION WALLET

• You can redeem the money by going to any Jos “Around me” merchandiser where you can buy services or goods.
• Employee or Employer can transfer any amount in the wallet to an other wallet. The minimum amount is Rupee 1

FUNDING THE JOS COMMISSION WALLET AND RECEIVING MONEY

You cannot withdraw the funds in your Jos Commission Wallet and it`s not possible to put funds in your wallet.

MERCHANTS “AROUND YOU”

Only active Around You members (Merchant) can be part of the Jos Commission Wallet program. Therefore you as an Around You signee have to activate your account by subscribing for 6 or 12 months.

A active Around You member (Merchant) can redeem the amount in the Jos Commission Wallet by sending an invoice to Jos. Jos will pay the invoice amount within 3 working days.

FEES

We will not charge you fees for transactions you make using the Jos Commission Wallet.

CANCELLING YOUR JOS COMMISSION WALLET

We can cancel or suspend your Jos Commission Wallet or any payment you make using the Jos Commission Wallet if we suspect that it is being used fraudulently, negligently, for illegal or terrorist activities or for any purpose that does not comply with the law or these Terms. The funds in your Jos Commission Wallet cannot be accessed until we have completed the investigation.

You can cancel your Jos Commission Wallet at any time by calling the Contact Centre. You must withdraw any funds that are in your Jos Commission Wallet before you cancel it.

DISCLAIMERS

You use the Jos Commission Wallet at your own risk. Our and the Merchant’s liability for any loss or damage, delay, non-delivery or non-payment of funds transferred, no matter how it is caused, will be limited to the amount of the funds transferred and our fees. Neither we nor the Merchant accept liability for any delays that may be caused by circumstances beyond our and/or the Merchant’s control. Neither we nor the Merchant may be held liable for indirect damages no matter how they are caused.

• We will not be responsible to you or any third party if you or a Receiver lose, accidentally disclose or do not keep any Jos Commission Wallet information, including the Wallet PIN, secret and safe.
• You must give us the correct information when creating a Jos Commission Wallet or sending us an instruction. If you don’t, we will not be legally responsible to you or the Receiver for any loss or damage.
• We will not be responsible to you or any other person if the funds in your Jos Commission Wallet are accessed by a third party.
• You indemnify us for all loss or damage that we or any other person may suffer because of your use of the Jos Commission Wallet or because you did not fulfil your obligations under these Terms.

If you:

• require a list of all the participating Merchants require a copy of these Terms
• have a problem with the Jos Commission Wallet
• or want to lodge a complaint/dispute

The laws of the Republic of India apply to these Terms as well as the relationship between you and us as far as it concerns the use of the Jos Commission Wallet or any matter that may arise from it.

These Terms contain the full agreement between us and you in respect of the Jos Commission Wallet.

We reserve the right to change these Terms (including bringing in new terms and conditions, changes in the fees and limits, and the services we offer) at any time without notification. We will tell you about material changes by putting a notice about this on www.jobsonstight.org. If you don’t agree to the changes you must not use the Jos Commission Wallet anymore. If you continue to use Jos Commission Wallet, we can assume that you have read, understood and agree to the new Terms.

Terms may also be changed in order to comply with any government, regulation or laws governing the Jos Commission Wallet.

Any changes effected by us will not constitute a cancellation of these Terms.

You may not change any of these Terms.
